Refund and Returns Policy 

Overview

Most orders are filled within a week. Standard orders are filled maximally up to 10 working days. It may take up to 15 working days to fill individual orders or orders which require customization. There may be a delay in fulfilling orders placed during sales and promotions due to high volumes. In exceptional cases, e.g. where an ordered Product is not at the moment available in the Shop, it is accepted to fill an order within a longer period of time which will be agreed upon by the customer.

The order delivery date is the time which an orders payment is made 

We ship to:
Trinidad and Tobago and wider Caribbean, Canada, UK, and USA.
In the case of shipments outside of Trinidad and Tobago additional tax and customs fees may be
charged in the country of delivery.
Orders placed at the KOKO KARIBI DESIGNS on-line boutique are sent by Private Courier,
TTPOST , FED-Ex or DHL Express carrier.

Availability of  the different forms of shipping depends on the country of destination.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
Domestic Private Courier Rates :$45.
Domestic TTPOST RATES are based on package size: $30.-$50.

 

Refunds

We always hope that our designs will give their new owners many years of enjoyment. To make sure that all customers are fully satisfied with their jewellery, Koko Karibi Designs accepts returns of orders purchased in the online boutique, within 14 days of delivery. To return the purchased products:

To return purchased items, please contact us. Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide feedback. After receiving an email confirming your return has been accepted, arrangements will need to return the item(s), along with your receipt to the provided address.

  • The returned product cannot bear the signs of use and must be packed in the original packaging.

  • The cost of sending the jewellery to the Koko Karibi Designs Studio  is covered by the customer.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.
